RESOLl1I'ION NO. 21-69
A RESOI1JTION OF GOOD WISHES AND COOGRATULATIONS
WHEREAS, the VILLAGE OF WHEELING, ILIJNOIS is celebrating its
Diam:>nd Jubilee during August 15 through the 2LJth, 1969; and
WHEREAS, the VILLAGE OF WHEEUNG lies irrrnediately to the North
and East of the Village of M::>unt Prospect; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
M::>unt Prospect are desirous of maintaining and continuing the good
relationship the said Village of Mount Prospect has enj oyed with
the VILLAGE OF WHEELING:
NOW, 'mEREFORE, BE IT BE RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF 'mE VILLAGE OF r-DUNT PROSPEcr, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SEcrIOO ONE: That the people of the Village of M::>unt Prospect,
througtl their elected representatives. the President and Board of
Trustees, wish to extend their good wishes and congratulations to
the VILLAGE OF WHEELING on its Diamond Jubilee and to spread on
the public records of the VILLAGE of rwbunt Prospect evidence of
his friendship.
SECTICN '!WO: That the Clerk of the Village of rwbunt Prospect be
authorized to send a certified copy of this Resolution to the
Village President J Village Clerk of the VILLAGE OF WHEELING, and
the Chairman of the WHEELING DIAIDND JUBILEE celebration.
SEcrION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect frOm and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
