RESOLUTION NO. 27-69
\\l}lliREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Villap-e of
Mount Prospect have heretofore approved and authorized the execution of
a purchase ap.reerrent bet1fJeen the ~!illap'e of Mount Prospect and Utility
Sewer & \'Tater Co.; and
l,','HEREAS, the terrs of the said purchase apreeF.lent require the Villarre
to accept the assirnment of a lease of a certain parcel of property used
and occupied by Utility Sewer g, \\Tater Co., for a 1fmter storap"e tank and
pump house, \'Jhich property is described as:
The North 80 feet of the South 1S46 feet of the
West 160 feet of Lot 5 in the Division of the
Louis F. Busse Pam, bein!" the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) except the Hest 686.4 feet, of the North-
1fJest Quarter (NH 1/4) of said Northeast Quarter
(NE lilt), of Section 15, Township 41 North, Ranp'e
11, East of the Third Principal T'/feridian, in Cook
County, Illinois, and commonly kno"m as Lot "'1'''
in Elk Ridp'e Vnla Unit No. 7
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees desire to accept the
assip-nment of the aforesaid lease.
NOI'I, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOL VED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOAPD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE 'VILLAGE OF rvrOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLllJOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Village President be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the acc~=ptance of the assimment of thf> above-
described lease and the VHlap'e Clerk be and he 1s hereby autrorized to
attest the sarre; and,
BE IT FURTHEP RESOL\~D, that this Resolution be in full force and effect
from and after :tts passar-e and approval in the ranner provided by law.
