1tJEEREAS, the Presiderlt a.'1d Board of Trustees of the Villare of
~ount Prospect have heretofore approved arD authorized the execution
of a purchase ap:reer:ent hetvJeen the Villare of rft.our;t Prospect and
Utility Sewer & \'!ater Co.; and
\'Jl-iEPEAS, the proposed purchase arreerrent requires the Villaf!e of
~ount Prosnect to accept assirnment of a i'later supply contract (~ated
May 6, 1959, by 2nd between Citizens Utilities Corrpany of Illinois, as
successor-in-interest of Haycinden Sewer ?, Hater Co., and UtiHty Sewer
& l~!ater Co.;
and
~BEREAS, the President and the Board of Trustees desire to accept
the assignrrent of the said vlater supply contract;
NOW, THEPEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT' MID BOARD OF TRUSTEES Or.'
THE VIlLAGE OF M01JNT PFOSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Villare President be and he :ls hereby authorized
and directed to execute an acceptance of the assi~nt of the said water
supply contract, and the VD.lar-e Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to attest the same; and
BE IT F'URI'HEP RESOLVED, that this ~esolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passar-e and approval in the rranner provided by
law.
