ORDINANCE NO.9.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR HOUSE MOVING
AND THE PROCURING OF PERMITS T}lliREFOR.

SECTION 1, Be it ordained by the President and
Boar~ of Trustees of the Village ot Mount Prospeot, That,
hereafter no one sr~ll be permitted to move any hous$, build-
ing, barn, shed or other struoture or any bulky artiole requir-
ing the use of rollers and taokle upon, along or across any
publio street, alley, par~way, or other publio plaoe within
the linite of this Village without first obtaining a permit,
permi tt'ing such mov ing.
SECTION 2: Any person desiring to move any of the
aforesaid struotures or articles shall apPl{ to the Villa~
. Clerk for a permit, whioh ehallbe granted 0 him upon hie
~epositing with said olerk a bond in the penal sum of two hundred
dollars ('200.00) with one Burety, who is the owner of real
estate in this county, the condition of said bond being ~hat
said person receiving said permit, shall save harmless this
village from any and all damage caused by or through his acts
committed in pursuance to the permit granted to him as afore-
said, the laid bond to be on a form supplied b; the Village
Clerk. In addition to this said bond the person e80nrlng
said permit ahall pay a fee of fifty oents tSO,,) to the said
olerk for the issuing of such permit and takin~aid bond.
SECTION 3. ~his ordinanoe shall be in full foroe
and effeot from and after its passage,approval and publioa-
