the Village of' Mount Prospect, Cook County, I11inoias-
SECTION 1--That the following sums, or so much thereof
as may be authorized by law, be and the same are hereby
appropriated for the corporate purposes of the Village of
Mount Prospect, for the fiscal year beginning May 1st, 1917,
and ending April 30th, 1916, to-wit:-
For street lighting --------- $400.00
For salaries -------- --------- $350.00
For fire protection --------- $100.00
For police protection - --------- $100.00
For health and drainage --------- ~300~00
For elections expenses --------- tloo.oo
For bridges and sidewalks ------ .200.00'
For incidental expenses, postage,printing,
drafting of ordinances, contingencies,
etc. ------------------- ---- $100.00
For judiciary department ------- ---- t150.00
For maintenance and repairs to streets - $576.~5
making a total appropriation for the
purposes aforesaid, of ---------------- 12}76.,s,
from which is to be deducted all unexpended balances and
all Bums derived from licenses and other misoellaneous
sources aggregating $1}76.35 .
SECTION 2:- All unexpended balances of any item or
items of any appropriation made by this ordinance may be
expended in making up a deficiency in any item or items
in this appropriation.
SECTION --;:- This ordinance shall be in full foroe
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
due publication.
