An Ordinanoe amending an ordinanoe to lioense and regulate oertain
busin,sse., oooupations, oallingsand employments as expressed herein
and to provide the term, the fee and the method of proouring and issuing
suoh license., together with th~ oonditions under whioh same are isued
and fixing a penalty for violations of this ordinanoe.
Be it Ordainded by the President and Board of Trusiees of the
Village of Mount Prospeot, Illinois.-

Seotion 1/- That an ordinanoe entitled "An Ordinanoe to lieense
and regulate oertain businesses, oooupations, oallings and employments
as expressed herein and to provide the term, the fee and the method of
proouring and issuing such lioense, together with the oonditio~. under
whioh same are isued and fixing a penalty for violations of this ordin-
nanoe" be and the same is hereby amended, by ohanging the lioense fee
for one day for junk wagons or dealers from $2.00 as it is written there-
in in seotiom 2 of said ordinanoe to 50~ per day.
Section 2/ - This ordinance shall be in full foroe and effeot from
and after its passage, approval and publication aocording to law.
