Ordinanoe No. 23.
An Ordinanoe to amend an ordinanoe entitled:
"An Ordinanoe to lioense and regulate oertain businesses,
oocupations, oallings and employments as expressed herein, and tOiprovide
the term, the fee and the method of proouring and issuing suoh lies.nses,
together with the oonditions under whioh same are" issued, and fixing
a penalty for violation of this ordinanoe.11
Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospeot, Illinois:
Section 1.- That seotion 2 of an ordinanoe entitled "An Ordinance
to lioense and regulate certain businesses, occupations, oallings and
employments as expressed herein, and to provide the term, the fee and
the method of proouring and issuing such lioenses, together with the
oonditions under whioh same are issued, and fixing a penalty for viola-
tion of this ordinanoe." Be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto after the last line of said Section the words as follows:
"Retailers and disbursers of near beer and other soft drinks
~25.00 annual lioense, no lioense for which shall be granted for any
period less than the unexpired portion of the fiscal year for which suoh
license is granted.
Seotion 2.- This ordinanoe shall be in full foroe "and effect
from and after its passage approval and publication according to law.
