An ordinance to amend an ~rdinance entitled an Ordinance pro-
viding for the organization of the Village of Mount Prospeot, and
regulating its oorporate proo.dute~).
Be it Ordainded by the President and Members of the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount -Prospect, Cook County , Illinois.
Seotion 1:- That Seotion 5 of an Ordinanoe entitled an ordin-
ance providing for the organization of the Village o'f Mount Pros-

shall be-held in the Village Board Room on the first Tuesday of each

be and the same is hereby amended to read as fOllOWS, "!he regular
meeting of the Presid.nt and Board of Trustees shall be held in
the Village Board Room on the first Tuesday of eaoh month, during
the months of Novemoer, December, January, Febuary, March, and
April at 8 o'olock P. M. and during the months of May, June,July
August,September and October at 7 o'clook P. M. unless otherwise
provided and special meetings may be held from time to time at the
writtenoall of the President or any three members of the Board of
Trustees.
Section 2:- This Ordinanoe shall be in full foroe and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
