An Ordinance amendin~ Section 33 of an ordinance entitled
an ordinance defining misdemeanors and providing for the
punishment thereof.

Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois:
Section 1: - That Section 33 of an ordinance entitled "An
Ordin~nce definin~ misdemeanors ~nd providing
for the punishment thereof" reading as follo\VB:
tfNo person or I)ersons shall plow, dig up or re-
move :::tn~T dirt from any street or avenue in tbis

its presi&ent under penalty for violation of not
