AN OP~INANC~ A11?N~ING AN ORnINANC~ ~NTIT~~: An ordinance
classifying. regulating and restricting the location of trades
and industries and the location of buildings designed for specified
uses; regulating and limiting the geigth and bulk of buildings
hereafter erected or altered; regulating and limiting the intensity
of the use of lot areas and regulating and determining the area of
yards. courts and other ~pen spaces within and surrounding suoh
buildings; establishing the boundaries of districts for the, said
purposes; and prescribing ~enalties for the violation of its
provisions.

Section 1. That the section defining "Street Wall" under
definitions in seotion 1 of Zoning ordinance reading as follows:
"The main wRll nearest to and faoing on a street. not inoluding
sun parlors. bay windows that do not aggreagte in width more
than 1/3 of the width of the frontage of the buildings. nor
ground story r~rches and piazzas that are not closed in" be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows;
"The main front wall neares to and facing on a street
not includtng sunrarlors. glazecl. closed in mr open
}lorches shall be 30 feet from the lot line. No porches
or sunrarlors shall aggregate more than eight (8) feet
in depth. If a deerer porch or sunparlor is desired.
the main front wall shall be set back the difference
between &~ght feet and the actual depth of poroh or
sunparlor. No living quarters shall be built over
porches or sunl,arlors. Stand.ard bay windows that do
not aggregate ~OTe than foun (4) feet in depth and do
not e:x:tend morA than this (listance (four feet) from the
main front wall shall be permitted. In ~ instance shall
thenearest point of any l)Orch or sun?arlor be closet
than twenty-:two (22) feet from the lot line."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from 8,nd after its passage, c'l:pJiroval and ~'ublication.
