An ordinanoe Designanting Members of the Board of
Trustees of The Village of Mount Prospeot as 'embers of the
Board of Looal Improvements.
Be it ordained by the President and the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospeot, Illinois.
SeotionI. That Henry Beigel, Herman Haas, Herman Heide,
Chas. Meoklenburg, Herman R. lioll and John W. Pohlman
members of the Board of !rruattes of the Village of Mount
Prospeot be and they are hereby appointed members of the
said Board of Looal Improvements of said Village of Mount
Prospeot; and that the said Henry Beigel, Herman Haas,
Kerman Keide. Chas Meoklejlburg, Herman .a. Boll and JOD I.
Pohlman wi~h the Preside~of the Board of Trustees of said.
Village, oonstitute the Board of Looal Improvements of
said Village.
Seotion 2. All ordinanoes heretofore passed and approved
oreating a Board of Looal Improvements are hereby repealed.
Seetion 3. This ordinanee shall be in full foree and
effeot from and after its passage and approval.
Passed this 6th day of May A.D. 1925.
