VILLAGE of MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS ,Illinois
that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

Dear Madam:
The Resolution rot Section 91-O0110-O0-ES, adopted by the Mayor
and Board of Trdstees on February 5, 1991, was approved by this
Department on March 7, 1991. This resolution provides for
pavement investigations and cores on various municipal streets
and appropriates $8,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the
subject section.
