~ROVIDIJGFaR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE VILLAG~ OF MOUNT PROSPECT
AND REGULATIBG ITS CORPORATE PROCEDURE '

SECTION L. That Seotion 4 in ORDIANCE NO. 1 reading as follows:'
The President shall reoeive as eompensation for his servioes
taa sum of $1.60 for eaoh meeting of the Village Board aotually
attenied by him. and eaoh member of the Board of Trustees shall
reoeive as oompensation for his servioes the sum of $1.60 for
eaoh alld every meeting of said Board aotually attended .by him,
and the Villa~e olerk shall reoeive as oompansation for his
servioes an aaaual salary of ilOO.OO. and the Village Treasurer
shall reoeive a~ oompensation for his services a salary beini
two per oent (2%) of all Vil1aie Moneys coming into his hands.

Trustees, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
