SEOTIOI 1. 'bat hereafter it shall be unlawful to disoharge

aD7 building or struoture direotly from suoh building into &nJ
~-~i drains or outlets looated in an, publio street or thorough-
fare of the Tillage of Mount Prospeet, or into &n1 tile or outlet
emptl1:ng into &D7 sewer or ciaain in a:ny public street or th.orough-
fare ub sJloh Village, but suoh sRag. shall first be passed through
a septio tank or oatoh basin.
SEOTIOll 2. Suoh Septio fank or Oatoh Basta shall be of
suoh tJPe and oonstruotion as the President and Board of Trustees
of said Tillage ma7 from time to time approve,
SEOTIOR 3. AnT person, firm or oorporation who shall
oonneot &nJ aewer or drain leading from any bathroom, bathroom
fixtures, kitohen sink or basement drain direot11 with &n1
sewer, drain or outlet without passing suoh se.age through a
septio tank or oatoh basin, as hereinbefore provided, shall be
quilty of a mistemeanor and shall be '_bjeot to a fine of not,
less thD 1'1"8 Dollars '.5.00) and not more than 11ft7 Dollars
(flO.oo). keh. dq that suoh. person, firm or oorporation shall
oonttnue -to violate the provisions of this ordinanoe, after having
been Jlotified to install suoh. a septio tank or oatoh basin, a&1l
oonstitute a separate violation of the provisions of this
ordinauoe.
SEOTIOB 4. This ordinanoe shall be in full foroe and
effeot from and after its passage, approval and posting, and
shall be known as Ordinanoe 10. 76.
