AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE, ENTITLED, "ZONING ORDINANCE"
(52)" An ordinance classifying, regulating and restricting the
location of trades and industries and the location of buildings
designed for specified uses; regulating ~nd limiting the heighth
and bulk of buildings hereafter erected or altered. Regulating and
limiting the intensity of the use of lots areas and regulating and
determining the area ot yards, courts, and other open spaces within
.and surrounding such buildings; establishing thebound~ries of
districts for said purposes; and prescribing penalties for the
violation of its provisions," Passed December 4th, 1923 approved
necember 4th, 1923.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS.
Section 1. That the last paragraph of Section 15 headed
,"RESIDBlT DISTRICT", reading as follows: "all real estate situated
within the Village of Mount Prospect not herein before declared
to be included within the business or industrial districts shall
be and the same is hereby declared to be included within the
Resident District.1t
Be, and the tollwing described property is hereby excluded
trom the Resident District and zoned as Business property, to-wit;
