Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect, County of Cook
and State of Illinois.
Gentlemen:
Your Committee on Streets and Sidewal.s, to whom was
referred the ordinance entitled:
estimate of the President of said Board of Local Improvements, to
be published in said Cook County Herald on Tuesday the 5th day of
April, A.D.1921; that accompanying said publication of said
ordinance was a notice notifying all persons that the under-
signed, your committee, had fixed Tuesday the 12th day of April,
A.D.1921, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock P.M., in the Village Board
Room in the Village Hall in said Village of Mount Prospect, as
the time and place for the public consideration thereof, and
that your 90mmittee would meet at said time and place for the
consideration of said ord1naace and would report the conclusions
of your committee to the President and Board of Trustees of said
Village.

Your Committee further reports that they met at the
time and place specified in said notice for the public consider-

and no objections having been made thereto, your committee has

has considered and does hereby recommend the passage of said
ordinance andthe making of said improvement as contemplated in
said ordinance, recommendation and estimate.
