AN ORDINANCE CREATINu THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, FOR THE ENSUING Y~Art
BE IT ORDAINED By the President a.nd Board of' Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of
Illinois:
SECT ION 1. Tha.t 'WILLIAM Bu SSE, President, and HENRY
BEIGEL, HEHMAN HAAS, HERMAN HEIDE, CHARLES 'MECKLENBURG, JOHN
W. POHLMANN and HERMAN R. NOLL, members of the Board of' Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, be and they are
hereby designated and appointed members of the Board of Local
Improvements of said Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, and
that the said HENRY BEluEL, H~RMAN HAAS, HEHMAN HEIDE, CHARLES
MECKLENBURG, JOHN W. POHLMANN and HERMAN R. NOLL, together with
the President of tnis Village shall constitute the Board of
Local Improvement s 01' this Village.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
