AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEVYING M~D ASSESSMBNT OF
TAXES FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL Y:C:AR OF' 'l'HE VILLAGtL OF MOUNt PROi::)-
P:C:CT, ILLINOIS, COk~ENCING MAY 1, 1927, AND ENDING APRIL 30
1928. '
WHEREAS the President and Board of' Trustees of' the Village
of Mount Prospect, in the County of Cook and State of Illinols,
did on the 28th day of' June, A.D.192'1, pass the annual appro-
priation ordinance for said Village for the fiscal year beginnlrg
on the 1st day of May, A. D .192'1, and ending on the 30th day OX"
April, A.D.192~, the amount of' which is estimated to be the
aggregate sum of ;~a2, 142.50, which said appropria.tion ordinance
was duly posted on the ?'VJtl day of June, A.D.192?, now, there-
fore;
B~ IT ORDAIN~D by the President and Board of Trustees of tlle
Village of Mount Prospect:
SECTION 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon all tne
taxable property within the corporate limits of said Village
for the year 1927, the~otal sum of $6807.50, for the following
specific purposes mentioned in said appropriation ordinance ana
in the respective sums as follows, to-wit:

For fire equipment
For police protectlon
For health protectlon and drain2ge
For legal and judici~ry expenses
For incidental expenses

Special Assessments NOS. 1 and 2,
and interest on said assessments,

SE:CtION 3. This ordinance shall be in full torce and
effect trarn and after its passa,ge and approval.
