Vacation of 33 Foot Street, between b~-AWA
Trail and SHA-BONCE Trail and between Block
23 in Prospect Park Country Club Sub-division,
Cook County, Illinois a nd Property of North
West Hills Country Club.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the village of Ivlount Prospect, County of Cook and State of Illinois;
SECTION I. That all of the 'rhirty-three (33) foot Street,
described as follows, to-wit:
Between the north edge of NillN-AWA 'rrail and the
south edge of SHA-BONEE Trail and between..e..~.lock
Twenty-three (23) in Prospect Park Country~ub-
Division, being a subdivision of pirt of tile East
One-half (E.l) of Section eleven (11), Township
Forty one (41)~ North, Range Eleven (11), East of
the Third (3rd) Principal Ivleridian, and the prop-
erty of the North Vlest Hills Country Club, all in
Cook County, Illinois
(a plat of which Subdi vi sion was r eoorded on the 7th day of October,
1926, in Book 232, of Plats, pages 38 and 39 as Document Number 9335147),
as colored in red and indicated by .\the v\Ords "To be vacated", which plat,
for greater certainty is hereby r~de a part OJf this Ordinance, be and
the same is hereby vacated and closed in as much as same is no longer re-
quired for public use and publiC interest will be subserved by such
vacation.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval, and the filing in the office of
the recorder of deeds of Cook County, Illinois, a certified copY.Of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts 0 f ordinances in
conflIct with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
