AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING Ji"'OR THE LEVYIUG AND ASSESSMENT OF
TAXES ~'OR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR OF THE VILLAGE OF' MOUNT PROS-
PECT, ILLINOIS, COMMENCING MAY 1, 1928, AND ENDING APRIL 30,1929.

W1iEREAS the President and Board 01 Trustees 01 the Villag
of Mount Prospect, in the County of Cook and State of Illinois,
dId on the 22nd day of June, A.D.1928, pass the annual appropria-
tion ordinance for said Village for the fiscal year beginning on
the 1st day of May,A.D.1928, and ending on the 30th day 01 April,
A.D.1929, the amount of which is estimated to be the aggregate
sum of $16,450.00, which said appropriation ordinance was duly
posted on the
day Of June, A.D.1928, now, therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
~the Village of Mount Prospect:
SECTION 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon all
the taxable property within the corporate limits of said Village

SECTION 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file
with the Co~mty Clerk of Cook County, IllinoisJ on or before the
Third Tuesday of September, 1928J a copy of this ordinance duly
certified by said Clerk.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
