A~ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING BuILDING LINES AND
SET BACKS ON MAIN STREET FROM BUSSE AVENUE TO CENTRAL ROAD IN THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS.

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees ot
the.. Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State ot
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority therefor
o
given by an oren nance passed and approved by tne President and
Board Of Trust~es of' tne Village 01 Mount Prospect, Illinois,
on the 4th day 01 December, 1923, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance for said Village, the following lines be and the same
are hereby established as the building lines and setbabks f'or
buildings to be erected on Main Street between Busse Avenue and
Central Road, in the Village Of Mount Prospect, Illinois, namely:
On the West side of said portion of said Main Street
such lines Shall be parallel with and one (1) foot westerly of
the easterly lot lines in said block; and on the East side of
said portion of' said Main Street such lines shall be parallel
with and three (3) feet easterly of the westerly lot lines in
said block.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication or
posting.
Passed this 5th day of February, A.D.1929.
