BE IT ORDAINED oy the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of SECTION 1. That an ordinance entitled: 1'1 i 1..) I / ",-- 1', ),-" i..-' Illinois: "AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING, REGULAr:L'ING AND, RESTRICTING THE LOCATION OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES AND THE LOCATION OF BUILDINGS DESIGNED FOR SPECIFIED USES; REGULATING AND LIMITING THE HEIGHT AND BULK OF BUILDINGS HEREAFTER ERECTED OR ALTERED, REGULATING ~1D LIMITING THE INTENSITY OF THE USE OF LOT AREAS AND REGULATING A1~ DETERMINING THE AREA OF YARDS~ COURTS AND OThER OPEN SPACES WITHIN AND SURROUNDING SUCH BUILDINGS; ESTABLISHING THE BOUN- DARIES OF' DISTRICTS FOR THE SAID PURPOSES; AND PRESCRIB- ING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF' I'fS PRO\IISIONSfI, passed on the 4th day of December, A.D.1923, and approved on the 4th day of December, A.D.1923, be amended by taking out of RESIEENCE DISTRICT as therein defined, and rezoning and placing in BUSINESS DISTRICT as therein defined, the following described premises, which nave since the pa.ssage of the above entitled ordinance been subdivided, to-wit: Lots One (1) to Four (4), both inclusive, and Lots Seventy-one (71) to Seventy-four (74), both inclusive, of Northwest Hills Subdivision No.2, being a subdivision of the East Two-sevenths of the West Half of the North- east Quarter of Sec~on Eleven (11), Township Forty- on' (41) North, Ranp'e Eleven (11) East of tne Third . Principal Meridian (Except the South 609.50 feet thereof) all of said premises hereinbefore described lying and being within the present cornora.te limits of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, and that said lots, tra.cts and parcels of land shall be entitled to all the privileges and be sUbject to all the re- strictions and regulations appertaining to property classified in said ordinance as BUSINESS DISTRICT and as set fortl1 in said T " II' I . ordinance. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances conflicting with the provisions of tnis ordinance are hereby repealed in so far as tney conflict herewith. SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation who shall I violate, disobey, omit, neglect, or refuse to comply with, or who I I snaIl resist the enforcement of any of the provisions of this I I ordinance, shall be fined not less than TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) nor more than ONE huNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for each offense. Each day that SUCh violation is permited to exist snaIl constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
