AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEVYING AND ASSESSMENT O~.
TAXES FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,
ILLINOIS, COMMENCING MAY 1, 1929, ~~D ENDING APRIL 30, 1930.
WHEREAS the President and Board ofl!rustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect, in the County of Cook and State of Illinois,
did on the 25th day of June, A.D.1929, pass the annual Appropria-
tion Ordinance for said Village for the fiscal year beginning on
the 1st day of May, A.D.1929, and ending on tne 30th day of April,
A.D.1930, the amount of which is estimated to be the aggregate
sum of $19,000.00, Which said appropriation ordinance was duly
posted on the 26th day of June, A.D.1929, now, therefore,
BE Ill' ORDAINED 'by tl1e President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect:
SECTION 1. 'I'hat there 'be and is hereby levied upon all
the taxable property within the corporate limits of sa,id Village
of Mount Prospect, for the year 1929, the total sum of $10,000.00,
for the following specific purposes mentioned in said appropria-
tion ordinance, and in the respective sums as follows, to-wit:

SECTION 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file
with the County Clerk of Cook County, Illinois, on or before the
Third Tuesday 01 September, 1929, a copy of this ordinance, duly
certified by said Clerk.
SECTION 3. This ordinance suall oe in full force and
eflect from and after its passage and approval.
