IX. CONSENT AGENDA * All items listed with an asterisk are considered routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of those items unless a Board member, or resident from the audience, so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. X. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ-11-09, 1750 West Central Road, Dasom Community Center 1) 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A MAP AMENDMENT TO REZONE PROPERTY FROM LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (11) TO CONSERVATION RECREATION (CR) DISTRICT. This ordinance grants a map amendment to rezone property located at 1750 West Central Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 6-0 vote. 2) 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A COMMUNITY CENTER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1750 WEST CENTRAL ROAD. This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to operate a community center. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 6-0 vote. XI. NEW BUSINESS A. A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF XTTRIUM LABORATORIES, INC., 1201 NORTH BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, MAKING APPLICATION FOR COOK COUNTY CLASS 6B TAX ABATEMENT. B. PZ-13-09, TEXT AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 7 (SIGN REGULATIONS) AND CHAPTER 14 (ZONING) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT 1) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 (SIGN REGULATIONS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance makes updates to the Village Code related to Sign Regulations. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 6-0 vote. 2) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 (ZONING) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance makes numerous updates to the Village Code related to Zoning regulations. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 6-0 vote. C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT CONCERNING USE OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT POLICE DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE BY INVERNESS POLICE OFFICERS This resolution authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Village of Inverness to allow the Inverness Police Officers use of the Mount Prospect Police Department firing range. D. *Request Village Board acceptance of 2010-2014 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). Request Village Board approval for ratification for cost incurred for emergency material testing - Phase 1 construction projects in an amount not to exceed $10,000. B. Request Village Board approval to accept proposal for professional services for material testing for Phase I construction projects in amount not to exceed $33,634. c. *Request Village Board approval to purchase professional services for the conversion of tree inventory data to Hansen asset management software in an amount not to exceed $15,000.
