HIGHWAY IN THE VILLAGB OF MOUNT PROSPgCT, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE
OF ILLINOIS.

the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of .
Illinois:
SECTION 1.
That a building line be and the same is hereby

"I established on NORTHW~ST HIGFNiAY along a line parallel with and

Ii eighty-three (83) feet northeasterly of the northeasterly line of

the right of way and station grounds, as now existing and estab-
lished, of the Chicago and Northwestern hailway Company in said

i Village between the easterly village limits and the westerly

11 village limits of said Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois.

i' SECTION 2. Tha t hereafter no building shall be built and

i no permit shall be issued by any officer of the village for the
i

construction or erection of any building or the replacing of any
II existing building, any pDrtion of which dhall encroach upon or

extend southwesterly of said building line established by this
ordinance.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as they
conflict herewith.
