AN ORDINANCE" PROVIDING FOR Tg LEVYING AND ASSESSMDT OF
TAXES FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR OF THE VILLAGE OF XOtJJr.rPROSET
ILLINOIS, COMMENCING MAY 1, 1930., AND ENDING APRIL 50', 1931.
WHEREAS the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect, in the County of Cook and State of Illinois,
did on the 3rd day of June, A.D. 1930, pass the annual Appro-
priation Ordinance for said Village for the fiscal year beginning
on the 1st day of May, A.D. 1930, and ending on the 30th day of
April,A.D. 1931, the amount of which is estimated to be the
aggregate sum of $20,000.00, which said Appropriation Ordinanc8
was duly posted on the 6th day of June, A.D. 1930, now, therefore

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
'- the Village of Mount Prospect:
SECTION 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon all
the taxable property within the corporate limits of said Village
of Mount Prospect, for the year 1930, the total sum of
$12,500.00, for the following specific purposes mentioned in said
Appropriation Ordinance, and in the 'respective sums as follows,
to-wit:

SECTION, 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file
with the County Clerk of Cook County, Illinois, on or before the
Third Tuesday of September, 1930, a copy of this ordinance, duly
certified by said Clerk.
