AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE BOARD OF LOCAL IKPROVlUNTS FOR
'THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPEC'r,ILI,INQIS, FOR THE ENSUIN(l. YEAR.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees ot
the Village of Mount Prospect, in the County of Cook and State of
. Illinois:
SECTION 1. That HERMANfMEYN, Pres>>;;ent:... rd LEE W. BAR::"
CROFT, DUDLEY W. BnDLONG~,', A. c. DRESSER,'\"~. FLESCH,
WILLIAM GAOL and JOHN ~ GERKEN, members of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinous, shall be and they
are hereby designa.ted a.nd appointed members of the Board of
Local Improvements of said Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois,
and that the said LEE W. BARCROFT, DUDLEY W. BUDLONG, A. C.
DRESSER, ~H. FLESCH,WIUIAM GAUL and JOHN ~ GERKEN,
together with HERMA~MEYN, President of this Village, shall be
and they are hereby constituted the Board of Local Improvements
of said Village for the ensuing year ending April 30th, A.D.
1932.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
