AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. ILLINOIS, FOR THE ENSUING YEAR.
\~)/' BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
! the Village of Mouat Prospect. in the Count7 of Cook and State of
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That HERMAN F. MEYN, President. and DUDLEY,' W.
BUDLONG, ARVID CARLSON, W. A. GAUL, RALPH GOULD. WALTER NIEBUHR
AND EINIIN WILLEt' members of, the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect. Illinois. shall be and they are hereb7
designated and appointed members of the Board of Local Improve-
ments of said Village of Mount Prospect. Illin01s, and that the
said roDLEI', W. BUDLONG. ARVID CARLSON. D. A. GAUL, RALPH GOULD,
WALTER NIEBUHR AND EI7NIN WILLE together with Herman F. MeYD.
President of this Village. shall be and they are hereby constituted
the Board of Local Improvements of said Village for the ensuing
7ear ending June 6th, A.D. 1934.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict merewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
Passed this 6th day of June A.D. 1933.
