BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUm'EES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNI' PROSPEGr, COOK COUNI'Y, ILLINOIS, as follows: Section 1. The amounts due and delinquent on the following lots: Lot Twenty-five ~25 Lot Twenty-nine 29 Lot Twenty-two 22 Lot Ten 10 Lot Twelve 112 Lot Ten 10 Lot Eleven 11 Lot Two 1421 Lot Four Lot One Lot Ten 110 Lot Thirteen 13 Lot Fourteen 14 Lot Seven (7 in Block Five S.l in Block Five 5 in Block Six 6 in Block Nine 9 in Block Ten 10) in Block Eleven ~lll in Block Eleven 11 in Block Twelve 12 in Block Twelve 12 in Block Thirteen 13 in Block Thirteen 13 in Block Thirteen 13 in Block Thirteen 13 in Block Fifteen 15 in Prospect Park Country Club Subdivision, being a sub- division of the Southeast quarter (S.E.!) of Section Eleven (11) and the South fifteen (15) acres of the East " 1: half (E.i) of the Northeast quarter (N.E.!) of sal~ Section . eleven (11), in Township forty-one (41) North, Range eleven (11), East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, for the delinquent fourth installments of Special Assessment Warrant No. 28, due January 2, 1932, together with interest and penalties thereon, are hereby compromised in the manner hereinafter stated under Section 227 of "An Act for the assessment of property and for the levy and collection of taxes", approved March 30, 1872, as amended July 13, 1933 (1933 Smith-Hurd, Ch. 120, '212). Section 2. The Village Collector of Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to accept Village of Mount Prospect Improvement Bond No.8, Denomination $1,000.00, Series C, Docket No. 28, dated June 1, 1928, due December 1, 1932, o (" ., --" ( -2- together with such cash as is necessary to adjust accrued interest thereon, in full payment of the delinquent special assessments described in Section 1 above, the owners of said lots and said bond being the same persons. Section 3. The Village Collector of Mount Prospect is hereby directed to issue receipts in the usual form to the respective owners of the lots described in Section 1 above, showing the said respective delinquent fourth install- ments for Special Assessment Warrant No. 28, for the improve- ment of paving, due January 2, 1932, together with interest and penalties thereon, have been paid in full. Section 4. The County Clerk of Cook County 18 hereby directed to cancel from the records in his office the delinquent fourth installments of Special Assessment Warrant No. 28, for the improvement of paving, due January 2, 1932, together with interest and penalties thereon (all of which were withdrawn from sale March 7, 1933), on all lots described in Section 1 above in accordance with the aforementioned statute.
