AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES OF THE PRESIDENT, MEMBERS OF
THE OOARD OF TRUSTEES AND THE VILLAGE CLERK OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOONT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, BEGINNING WITH THE FISCAL YEAR CODENC-
ING ON MAY 1ST, 1935,
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Vtllage of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That beginning with the fiscal year of 19~5,
commencing on the 1st day of May, 1935, the salaries of the
President of the Village, members of the Board of Trustees,
Village Clerk, members of the Board of Local Improvements and
Secretary of the Board of'Local Improvements, sball be as
follows:
The salary of the President of the Village shall be
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) per meeting for each meeting at-
tended;
The salaries of the members of the Boara of Trustees
shall be FIVE DOLLARS ($5,00) per meeting for each meet-
ing attended;
The salary of the Village Clerk shall be THREE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($300.00) per year;
The salaries for the President and members of the
Board of Local Improvements shall be TWO DOLLARS ($2.00)
per meeting for each meeting attended,
The salary of the Secretary of the Board of Local
Improvements shall be THIHTY FIVE DOLLARS ($35.00) per
year, in addition to his compensation for attendance.
SECTION 2. Said sa.laries shall be payable in quarterly
installments during ea.ch year.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
Conflict with the proviSions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
etfect from and after its passage and approval, and shall be
known as Ordinance No.
