THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE OF

SECTION 1.
That the County Treasurer of Cook County,
assessments and installments of special assessments levied by
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, and
returned delinquent in the year 1935, and where no bidder or
bidders appear and bid for such property so assessed, at the
of such property for such delinquent special assessments or In-
stallments thereof, that such property be withdrawn in default
of bidders for the same.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
