AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEVYING AND ASSESSMENT
OF TAXES FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, OO~tENCING MAY 1, 19381 AND ENDING APRIL 30,
193Z.
1NHEREAS the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, in the County of Cook and Stete of
illinois, did on the 7th day of July, A.D. 1936, pass the
annua.l Appropriation Ordinance for said Village for the fiscal
year beginning on the 1st day of May, A.D. 1936, and wnding
April 30, A.D. 1937, the amount of which is estimated to be the
a,ggregate sum of $15,612.50, which said A~ropriation Ordinance
was duly published on the '1 day o~/~ A.D. 19367' now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the President 8.,nd Bo~,rd of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect:

SECTION 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon all
the taxable property within the corporate limits of said Village

file with the County Clerk of Cook County, Illinois, on or before

the third Tuesday of September, A.D. 193~, a copy of this ordi-
nance duly certified by said Clerk.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be inful1 force and
effect from and after its pa.ssa,ge and approve.l.
