AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE YJITHDRAWAL BY THE COUNTY
TREASURER OF PROPERTY AT THE SALE OF DELINQUENT SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENTS LEVIED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, VlliERE
NO BIDDER FOR SUCH PROPERTY APPEARS AT SUCH SALE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President Ftnd Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the County Treasurer of Cook County be and
he is hereby directed that in case of all special assessments

and installments of special assessments levied by the Village
of Mount Prospect and returned delinquent by the Village
Collector of said Village during the year 1936, and where no
bidder o~ bidders appear and bid for such property at the sale
of such pr,perty and such delinquent special assessments or

installments thereof, that such property be wi thdra,wn in
default of bidders for the same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
. effect from 8nd after its passage and approval.
PASSED this 2nd day of March, A.D. 1937.
