AN OlIDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CORPORAT3
PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS~ FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING 1l4A.Y 1, ~937, AND ENDING APRIL30, 1938.
BE IT OlIDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOAlID OF TRUSTEES
OF THE Vp.LAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE OF
ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the following sums, or so much thereof
as may be authorized by law, be and same are hereby appro-
priated for the corporate purposes, as hereinafter set forth, of
said Village for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1937, and
ending April 30, 1938:
For street lighting
For salaries of afficers and employees
For fire equipment
For police protection
For health protection
For drainage
For legal and judiciary expenses
For auditing expenses
For incidental expenses
For eledtion expenses
For insurance expenses
For tools and equipment
For street maintenance
For maintanence of public grounds
For maintenance of public buildings
For public benefit installments on
special assessments NOs. 1, 2, 14, 15, and 261 2100.00
For principal on Water Works Extension bond
issue due June 1, 1938 500.00
For interest on Water Works Extension bond
due June 1, 1938, and December L;, 1938
For payment of installment and interest due
in 1938 on Weller Creek Drainage District 650.00
For payment of installment and interest due
in 1938 on Feehanville Drainage Dis~rict 150.00
For prine ipal on Fire Truck Bond 110. 8 due
June 1, 1938 1000.00
For interest on Fire Truck Bond No. 8 due
June 1, 1938 and December 1, 1938 125.00

SE6TION 2. All unexpended balances of any item or
items of any appropriation made by this ordinance which may
remain from time to time in the above separate fUnds, may be
transferred to any other fund to make up any deficiency in
any other item or items of this appropriation.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the passage, approval and publication.
