AN ORDINANCE CREATING A BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, FOR THE ENSUING YEAR.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees

of the Village of Mount Prospect, Oounty of Cook and State of
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That 1. E. BESANDER, President, and
HERMAN HAAS, EDWIN HABERKM!P, EMIL GREINKE, S. W. HARRINGTON,
CHARLES HENNIX and ELMER WILLE, members of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, shall be and they are
hereby designated and appointed members of the Board of LOC81
Improvements of said Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, end
that the said HERMAN HAAS, EDWIN HABERKM~P, EMIL GREINKE, S. W.
HARRINGTON, CHARLES HENNIX and ELMER WILLE, together with said
President of this Village, shall be and hereby are constituted
a Board of Local Improvements of said Village until the next
regular Village election to be held in this Village.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinRnces in
I confli ct herewi th a.re repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force a.nd
effect from and after its passage
