AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE WITHDRAWAL BY THE COUNTY
TREASURER OF PROPERTY AT THE SALE OF DELINQUENT SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENTS LEVIED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT WHERE NO BIDDER
FOR SUCH PROPERTY APPE~~S AT SUCH SALE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the County Treasurer of Cook County
be and he is hereby directed that in case of all special assess-
ments and installments of special assessments levied by the
Village of Mount Prospect and returned delinquent by the
Village Collector of said Village during the year 1937, and
where no bidder or bidders appear and bid for such property at
the sale of such property and such delinquent special assess-
ments or installments thereof, that such property be withdrawn
in default of bidders for the same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force a,nd
effect from and after its passage and approval.
