AN ORDINANCE fWCING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CORPORATE PURPOSES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
MAY 1, 1958, AND ENDING APRIL 50, 1939.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDmT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE OF ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the following sums, or so much thereof as
may be authorized by law, be and the same are hereby appropriated for the
corporate purposes, as hereinafter set forth, of said Village, for the

SECTION 2. ill unexpended balances of any item or items
of any appropriation made by this ordinance which may remain from time
to time in the above separate funds, may be transferred to any other
fund to make up any deficiency in any other i tam or i tams of this
appropria.tion.
SECTION 5. '!'his ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
