That this ordinance be and the same is hereby termed -An Ord1nance making appropriations tor corporate pur- poses for the tiscal year beginning May First, Nineteen Forty and ending April Thirtieth, Nineteen FOrty-One." SECTION I!. 'fhat the tollowing sums, or so muoh thereot as may be authorized by law, be, and the same are hereby appropri- ated. tor the objects and purposes herein speoitied tor the tis- oal year beginning May First, Nineteen Forty and ending April Thirtieth, Nineteen Forty-One. SEOTION III. That the appropriations herein of amounts for the payment of unpaid bills or oontract liabl1ities shall not be oonstrued as an approval of any of said bills or oontraot 11abilities by the Presldent and the Board of Trustees, but shal~ be deemed only a provislon of a tund for the oayment ther'ot when sald bills ha.ve been properly vouchered, audlted and approved, or when any suoh purpose 1s approved and author- 1zed by the Presldent and Board ot Trustees. NON-BUDGET PURPOSES ARTIOLE III - rOREIGN INSURANCE TAX ruND SEOTIOH 1 - All monies derived trom foreign insurance com- panies ('I') or thelr agencies doing business in the Vl11age of Mount Pro.pect as provided in an Act entitled MAn Act to enable Oit1es. fowns and V111ages organized under any general or speci- tic law to levy and collect the 11cense tee from the foreign in- surance companies for the benetit ot organized fire departments", shall be paid to the Treasurer of the Mount Prospect Volunteer F1re Department. ARTICLE IV - MOTOR FUEL TAX FUND SEOTION 1 - All monies reoeived from the State Motor ruel Tax (MF') as provided 1n an Act entitled 'An Act in relation to a tax upon the privilege ot operating motor vehicles upon high- way., based upon the consumption of motor ruel therein, and mak- ing certain appropriations 1n oonneotion therewith."
