THE ANNUAL LEVY ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS,
PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY AND ASSESSM&1T OF
TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY
1. 1941. AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1942.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and
State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the sum of Ten Thousand Eight
Hundred Thirty-eight Dollars and Fifty Cents ($10,838.50),
being the net amount to be levied of appropriations heretofore
made for all corporate purposes for the fiscal year beginning
May 1, 1941, and ending April 30, 1942, as appropriated for the
current fiscal year by the Annual Appropriation Bill of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, passed by
the President and Board of Trustees at a regular meeting held
on the 1st day of July, 1941, and duly published as provided by
law, be and the same is hereby levied on all taxable property
within the said Village of Mount Prospect for said current
fiscal year, the specific amounts as levied for the various
objects and purposes for which said appropriations were hereto-
fore made and as set forth under the column entitled "Amounts
Appropriated", and the amount hereby levied for each object and
purpose is as set forth under the column entitled "Amounts
Levied. "
