RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REPRESENTATIVE TO SIGN LOAN DOCUMENTS
Whereas, application provisions for loans from the Water Pollution
Control Revolving Fund for construction of sewage treatment works
require that the Village of Mount Prospec~ authorize a represensasive
to sign the loan application foz-ms and supporting doctunen~s for all
eligible projects; therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees
that John Fulton Dixon, Village Manager, is hereby authorized 5o sign
all loan application forms for all eligible projects.
