Illinois Depa _.,ent Resolution for Maintenance of Streets ~ .tighways
of Transportation By Municipality Under the l~linois Highway Code
BE 1T RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect , Illinois, that there is hereby
appropriated the sum of $ 920,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of maintaining
streets and highways under the applicable provisions of the Illinois Highway Code, from January 1, 92
to December 31, 19 92 .
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, that only those streets, highways, and operations as listed and described
on the approved Municipal Estimate of Mainfimanee Costs, inchiding supplemental or revised estimates approved in
connection with this resolution, are eligible for maintenance with Motot Fuel Tax funds during the period as specified
above.
BE I'[ FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as
given above, submit to the Department of Transportation, on forms furnished by said Department, a certified state-
ment showing expenditures flora and balances remaining in the account(s) for this period; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this
resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Schaumburg , Illinois.

Dear Madam:
The resolution adopted by the Mayor and Board of Trustees on
March 17, 1992 appropriating $920,000.00 of motor fuel tax
funds for the maintenance of various municipal streets from
January 1, 1992, to December 31, 1992, was approved by this
Department on April 6, 1992.
Expenditure for the full amount of the previously approved
estimate $918,469.00 from your unobligated motor fuel tax
account is hereby authorized and will be recorded on your next
monthly Allotment Notification Letter.
