of Transportation Under the.minois Highway Code
BE IT RESOLVED, by the MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the
VILLAGE of MOUNT PROSPECT , Illinois
that the following descrived street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BITTERSWEET LANE QUINCE LANE BURNING BUSH LANE
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of REMOVAL OF EXISTING PAM BASE AND
DETERIORATED SURFACE, WITH INSTALLATION OF NEW CURB & GUTTER AND FLEXIBLE BASE.
and shall be constructed feet wide
and be designated as Section 92-00113-00-FP
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
Dollars [$ 150,000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by CONTRACT ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this
resolution to the district office of the De' mrtment of Transportation.

Dear Madam:
The Resoiution for Section 92-OOii3-O0-FP, adopted by the
President and Board of Trustees on.~,~was approved
by this Department on Ouly 23, i992. This resoiution provides
for the reconstruction of Bittersweet Ln. from Quince Ln. to
Burning Bush Ln. and appropriates $150,000.00 of Motor Fuei Tax
funds for the subject section.
