AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING MEMBERS OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, WHO SHALL, WITH
THE PRESIDENT AND SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS,
CONSTITUTE THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
OF SAID VILLAGE.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees

of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois:
Section 1. That Elmer ,Wille, Herman Haas, Sr., and
Kermit Le May, members of the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect, be and they are hereby designated and ap-
pointed members of the Board of Local Improvements of the Vil-
lage of Mount Prospect, Illinois, and that said Elmer Wille,
Herman Haas, Sr. and Kermit Le May, with I. E. Besander, Presi-
dent of the Board of Trustees of this village, and William
Mulso, Superintendent of Streets of this Village, constitute
the Board of Local Improvements.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
