slderatioD for the sale of the warrants hereln authorlzed that
the sald Vl1lage will not 188ue addltlonal warrants In antlcl-
pation of the collectlon of taxes levled for the lear 1943 for
general corporate purposes In excess of sixtr-tlve per cent
(65~) of the tax levy.
Sectlon 7. That the Clerk of this Vl1lage ls here-

the Treasurer of said Vl11age.

That all ordinances or parts of ordlnances

thls ordinance shall be 1n full force and ettect forthwith upon
