HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 237 04/04/1944 "' "7 Z, :.> I 2:~7 AN ORDINANCE TO DISCONNECT THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE N<RTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST <F THE 3RD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LTING WESTERLY OF THE CENTER LINE OF RAND ROAD, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, BEING WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. ~mEREAS, Fred Piepenbrink and Frieda Piepenbrink have heretofore, on the 15th day of November, 1943, filed their petition for disoonneoting oertain property as herein- after desoribed; and WHEREAS, the said Fred Piepenbrink and Frieda Piepen- brink, his wife, are the owners Of reoord of said property; and WBEREAS, said property is upon the border ~ndwithin boundary of the Village of Mount Prospeot; and \~R~EAS, the said property has not been laid out in lots or blooks; and \VHEREAS, the petition filed by said Fred Piepenbrink and Frieda Piepenbrink, his wife, oonforms with the requirements of the statute in suoh case made and provided; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <ImDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospeot, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. That the following described property, to-wit: That part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Prin- cipal Meridian, lying westerly of the center line of Rand Road, in Cook County, Illinois, and containing 18.37 aores, more or less; be and the same is hereby disoonneoted from the Village of Mount Prospect. Seotion 2. That a copy of this ordinanoe disconnecting the above territory from the Village of Mount Prospeot be oertified " by the Village Clerk and be filed for recordation in the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois, and with the County Clerk of the County of Cook, Illinois.
