" ~, THE ANNUAL LEVY ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, PROVIDIBG FOR THE LEVY AND ASSESSMENT OF TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1944. AND ENDING APRIL. 30, 19~5 ~42. WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, on, to-wit, June 6, A.D. 19~~, duly passed the annual appropriation bill ot the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1944, and ending April 30, 19~5; and WHEREAS, the said annual appropriation bill was duly published on the 9th day of June, A.D. 19~, in the Mount Prospect Herald, a newspaper published in the said Village of Mount Prospect, and also by posting copies of said annual appropriation bill in three public places in the said Village; and WHEREAS, it shall be necessary to levy on all taxable property within the said Village of Mount Prospect for the said current fiscal year for the following objects and purposes: General Corporate Interest on Bond Indebtedness Mount Prospect Public Library Garbage Disposal $23,150.00 603.97 3,557.00 6'~0~.oo 13 , 1 .97 NOW, THEREFORE, BE n ORDAIN'ED by the President and Board of Trustees ot the Village ot Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of Illinois: Section 1.
