RESOLUTION NO. 8-93
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REPRESENTATIVE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO SIGN
LOAN DOCUMENTS RELATIVE TO THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, application provisions for loans from the Water
Pollution Control Revolving Fund for construction of sewage
treatment works require that the Village of Mount Prospect
authorize a representative to sign the loan application forms and
supporting documents for all eligible project; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect designates the Village
Manager as the authorized representative of the Village of Mount
Prospect to sign loan documents in conjunction with the Sewage
Treatment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect do hereby designate the Village Manager of the
Village of Mount Prospect to sign loan documents from the Water
Pollution Control Revolving Fund in conjunction with the Sewage
Treatment Project.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
AYES: Busse, Corcoran, Floros, Hoefert, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Clowes
