BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of Illinois:
SECTION 1. That M. B. PENDLETON, President, and RUSSELL HARTWIG,
WALTER KIRCHHOFF, THEODORE LAMS, WILLIAM T. MOTT, JAMES E. WAX and FRED E.
WELSH, members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of .ount Prospect,
Illinois, shall be and they are hereby designated and appointed members of
the Board of Local Improvements of said Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois,
and that said RUSSELL HARTWIG, WALTER KIRCHHOFF, THEODORE LAMS, WILLIAM T.
MOTT, JAMES E. WAX and FRED E. WELSH, together with said President of this
Village, shall be and are hereby constituted a Board of Local Improvements
of said Village until the next regular Village Election to be held in this
Village.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall bein full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
