B~ IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, COQk County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance entitled "An ordi-
nance establishing fees an d charges for services in connection
with delinquent, withdrawn and forfeited special assessmentstt, be
and the seme is hereby amended to read as follows:
. Section 1. That fees and charges for services rendered in
connection with the payment of delinquent, withdrawn and for-
feited special assessments are hereby established as follows:
(a) For each new 0 r duplicate bill to pay
delinquent special assessments..............$O.25
(b) For each certificate of deposit for
payment of a withdrawn or forfeited
special assesffinent..........................$O.25
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
