AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN
ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE CREATING AND ES-
TABLISHING A FIRE DEPARTMENT
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PRPSPECT. COOK COUNTY. ILL."

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MO~TT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance
Creating and EstabliRhing a Fire Department in the Village of
Mount Prospect, 'Illinois" be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Section 5-A,to read as follows:
Section 5-A. The compensation for services
rendered at each fire by members of said Fire
Department Rhall be as follows:
1 Fir~ Marshall $5.00 per call,
or '60.00 per year, whlchever is greater.
2 Assistant Fire Marshalls $4.00 each per call
I Captain $3.50 per call
Firemen $3.00 each per call
In case of false alarms, ona-
half of the above amounts shall be paid. All
members attending practine meetings shall receive
as compensation the sU$ of Fifty Cents (50~)
per meeting.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be In full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, ac-
cording to law.
